These terms apply to any waste or house clearance work carried out by Clearances Bournemouth for customers across Bournemouth, Dorset and the surrounding area.

Quotes & Pricing

An exact price is confirmed after discussing what needs clearing, since access and item type can affect the final cost. No work begins until a price is agreed.

Booking & Access

Please indicate clearly what should be removed and what should stay. You do not need to be present during the clearance provided this has been made clear in advance.

Prohibited Items

Certain items cannot be collected for safety, legal or insurance reasons, including petrol, oil, diesel or other toxic waste, raw meat or fish unless sealed, and fire extinguishers or gas bottles.

Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of quotation and booking.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or rearrange a booked clearance, please give as much notice as possible by phone.

Liability

Work is carried out with reasonable skill and care. Any issue with completed work should be reported as soon as possible so it can be put right.
